I hereby make the following declarations and affirmations regarding my enrolment in the Forex and Cryptocurrency Trading Education Program:

1. I acknowledge that I have been provided with a comprehensive understanding of the Institute's Code of Conduct and all other policies including attendance requirements, behaviour expectations, academic integrity, and the use of Institute resources. I agree that any violation may lead to disciplinary measures or termination of enrolment.

2. I understand and acknowledge that the fee paid for my enrolment is non-refundable. I agree that under no circumstances will I seek a refund or reimbursement for any reason, including voluntary withdrawal or personal circumstances.

3. I agree not to engage in any conduct that could be considered disparaging, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation of the Institute, its employees, instructors, or management. This remains in effect during and after my enrolment.

4. I acknowledge that forex and cryptocurrency trading inherently involve significant market risks. I am fully aware that trading financial instruments may result in both profits and losses, including the possibility of losing all invested capital.

5. I agree that the Institute’s role is solely to provide educational strategies. The Institute does not guarantee any specific results or profits. I will not hold the Institute liable for any financial losses arising from my trading activities.

6. I agree not to make any false or misleading claims about my performance or experiences related to the Institute's program.

7. I understand that the strategies provided are for educational purposes only. The Institute does not offer personalized financial advice, nor will it monitor or manage my trading activities.

8. I acknowledge that all course materials are the intellectual property of the Institute. I agree not to share, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

9. I affirm that I will not invest money that I cannot afford to lose and will seek independent financial advice if necessary.

10. I accept that stock and crypto trading involve inherent risks, and any decisions made based on the strategies taught are my own sole responsibility.

11. I acknowledge that the final decision regarding any trading activity is mine alone, and I take full responsibility for all outcomes.

12. I will maintain the confidentiality of my login credentials and will not attempt unauthorized access to the Institute's online platforms.

13. I agree to comply with all relevant laws and ethical standards. The Institute is not responsible for any illegal actions performed by me.

14. I will not use the name, logo, or branding of the Institute for any purpose without prior written consent.

15. I agree to indemnify and hold the Institute harmless from any claims or legal proceedings arising from my actions or misuse of materials.

16. I acknowledge that mentorship is available only during defined hours. I understand that 24-hour support is not guaranteed as mentors are human professionals, not automated systems.

17. In the event of a dispute, I agree to seek resolution through the designated grievance redressal mechanisms established by the Institute.

18. I undertake not to use social media platforms to address grievances or engage in defamatory activities against the Institute.

19. I agree that the Program constitutes delivery of educational services and I shall not claim refund on grounds of lack of profitability or inability to understand material.

20. I understand the Program does not constitute investment advice, trading signals, or buy/sell recommendations. Examples are for academic illustration only.

21. I understand the Institute does not own or control any broker or exchange. Any account opened with third-party platforms is done at my own sole risk.

22. The Institute reserves the right to terminate my enrolment for breach of any terms. Upon termination, I agree to cease using all Institute materials.

By signing this declaration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
