This Fees Policy (“Policy”) governs the pricing, payment terms, billing, and related financial conditions applicable to courses, programs, mentorships, and other services (“Services”) offered by Bimal Institute for Market Research Private Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Institute” / “we” / “our” / “us”). This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
By enrolling in any Service or making any payment, the User agrees to be bound by this Policy.
This Fees Policy (“Policy”) applies to all individuals, entities, or users (“Users”) who access, purchase, enroll in, or otherwise avail any courses, programs, mentorships, or related services (“Services”) offered by the Institute through its website, applications, communication channels, or any other modes of delivery, whether online or offline.
This Policy governs all financial aspects arising out of or in connection with the provision of Services, including but not limited to:
(a) determination and structure of fees;
(b) payment terms, timelines, and conditions;
(c) billing, invoicing, and applicable charges;
(d) applicable taxes and statutory levies; and
(e) any other monetary obligations or liabilities of the User in relation to the Services.
This Policy shall apply uniformly to all Services offered by the Institute, unless expressly specified otherwise in relation to any particular course, program, or offering, in which case such specific terms shall prevail to the extent of inconsistency.
This Policy shall be read together with, and form an integral part of, the Institute’s Terms of Service and Refund and Cancellation Policy. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail, followed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This Policy applies exclusively to Services provided directly by the Institute and shall not extend to any third-party services, platforms, or transactions, even if such services are accessed through or in connection with the Platform. The Institute shall not be responsible or liable for the pricing, billing, or payment practices of such third parties.
By enrolling in any Service, accessing the Platform, or making any payment, the User acknowledges and agrees that all financial transactions and obligations shall be governed by this Policy, and that the User has read, understood, and accepted the terms set out herein.
The fees payable for each Service shall be as specified on the Platform or as otherwise communicated to the User at the time of enrollment or prior to confirmation of purchase.
The Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine, revise, modify, or update the pricing of any Service, including introducing new fee structures, bundled offerings, or tiered pricing models. Any such changes shall be effective prospectively and shall not affect Services for which payment has already been successfully completed.
Fees may vary based on factors including, but not limited to:
(a) the nature, scope, and duration of the Service;
(b) level of access, features, or content offered;
(c) mode of delivery (online, offline, or hybrid);
(d) bundled programs, mentorship inclusions, or additional benefits; and
(e) promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers.
All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The fees displayed or communicated at the time of enrollment shall constitute the final payable amount for the relevant Service, subject to applicable taxes and charges as set out in this Policy.
The Institute shall not be liable for any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inadvertent inaccuracies displayed on the Platform. In such cases, the Institute reserves the right to cancel or refuse enrollment and refund the amount received, without any further liability.
The User acknowledges that pricing decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Institute, and no claim shall lie against the Institute in respect of any difference in pricing, including variations arising from promotional offers, timing of enrollment, or differential pricing applied to other Users.
All fees shall be payable in full and in advance, prior to (a) confirmation of enrollment, and/or (b) grant of access to any Service, content, or feature, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Institute. No right to access or use any Service shall arise until such payment has been duly received and confirmed.
Permitted Modes of PaymentPayments shall be made through such authorised payment methods as may be made available by the Institute from time to time, including but not limited to online payment gateways, debit or credit cards, net banking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), or any other approved mechanism.
Payment Confirmation and EffectivenessA payment shall be deemed complete only upon successful realisation of funds and confirmation by the Institute. The Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, suspend, or delay access to any Service where payment is pending, unsuccessful, disputed, or subject to verification.
Third-Party Payment ProcessingPayments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. The Institute shall not be responsible or liable for any failure, delay, interruption, or error attributable to such third parties, including issues relating to authorisation, processing, settlement, or confirmation of transactions.
No Acceptance of Partial PaymentsUnless expressly permitted in writing by the Institute, payments shall be made in full. The Institute shall have no obligation to provide access to any Service in the event of partial, incomplete, or conditional payment.
User Representations and AuthorisationThe User represents and warrants that:
(a) they are duly authorised to use the chosen payment method;
(b) all payment details provided are accurate, complete, and lawful; and
(c) the transaction is undertaken in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Institute shall not be liable for any unauthorised, fraudulent, or erroneous transactions, except to the extent required under applicable law.
In the event of any payment reversal, chargeback, dispute, or failure to honour payment obligations, the Institute reserves the right, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to:
(a) suspend or terminate access to the Services;
(b) recover any outstanding amounts due, including applicable charges and costs; and
(c) initiate appropriate legal or recovery proceedings.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Institute shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or disruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, industrial actions, terrorism, government orders, third-party failures, or internet/network disruptions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable taxes, duties, or levies, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as may be imposed under applicable law from time to time.
Tax Collection and ComplianceThe Institute shall levy, collect, and remit applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing laws in India, including the Goods and Services Tax Act and rules made thereunder. Any such taxes shall be charged in addition to the base fees and reflected in the final payable amount.
Issuance of InvoicesUpon successful receipt and confirmation of payment, the Institute may issue an invoice, receipt, or other appropriate payment confirmation to the User, in electronic or physical form, in accordance with applicable law and its internal processes.
Accuracy of Billing InformationThe User shall ensure that all billing, invoicing, and tax-related details provided to the Institute, including name, address, and GST identification details (where applicable), are accurate, complete, and up to date. The Institute shall not be responsible for any error, omission, or consequence arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.
Correction and Reissuance of InvoicesThe Institute may, at its sole discretion, correct or reissue any invoice in the event of an error attributable to the Institute. The Institute shall have no obligation to modify, reissue, or amend any invoice based on subsequent requests or changes from the User, except where required under applicable law.
The Institute may, at its sole discretion, offer discounts, promotional pricing, scholarships, or other financial incentives in respect of any Service. Such offers may be subject to specific terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and validity periods, as determined by the Institute.
Time-Bound and Conditional NatureAll discounts, offers, or promotional benefits shall be:
(a) time-bound and subject to availability;
(b) applicable only to the specific Service, batch, or offering for which they are announced; and
(c) subject to such conditions as may be specified at the time of offer.
Discounts or promotional pricing shall not be applied retrospectively. Users who have enrolled or made payment prior to the introduction of any offer shall not be entitled to claim any refund, adjustment, or benefit on account of such subsequent pricing changes.
Non-Transferability and Non-CombinabilityUnless expressly stated otherwise, discounts and offers:
(a) are personal to the User to whom they are granted;
(b) shall not be transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash; and
(c) shall not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
The Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, withdraw, suspend, or terminate any discount, offer, or promotional scheme at any time, without prior notice, and without any liability.
No Claim for Price DifferencesThe User acknowledges and agrees that pricing may vary across Users, time periods, or offerings, and no claim, dispute, or liability shall arise against the Institute in respect of any difference in pricing, including variations arising from promotional offers, timing of enrollment, or targeted pricing strategies.
All matters relating to refunds, cancellations, and related claims shall be governed exclusively by the Institute’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, as may be updated from time to time and made available on the Platform.
The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) fees paid are subject to a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, except as expressly provided under the Refund and Cancellation Policy; and
(b) no refund, adjustment, or reversal shall be claimed or granted except in accordance with the terms set out therein.
This Policy does not create any independent right of refund, cancellation, or price adjustment, and all such rights, if any, shall be subject strictly to the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
The User agrees that, in the event of any dispute or issue relating to a payment, the User shall first contact the Institute and seek resolution through the prescribed support channels prior to initiating any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with the relevant payment service provider, bank, or financial institution.
Unauthorised or Unjustified ChargebacksWhere a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute is initiated by the User without valid grounds or in contravention of this Policy, the Institute reserves the right, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to:
(a) suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Services;
(b) recover the outstanding amount, including any associated costs, penalties, or charges incurred by the Institute; and
(c) initiate appropriate legal or recovery proceedings.
The User shall be liable for any costs, charges, or expenses incurred by the Institute as a result of any chargeback or payment dispute, including payment gateway fees, administrative costs, and reasonable legal expenses.
Investigation and CooperationThe Institute reserves the right to investigate any payment dispute or chargeback and may share relevant transaction details, user information, and records with payment service providers, banks, or regulatory authorities, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
No Waiver of RightsInitiation of a chargeback or payment dispute shall not limit or prejudice the Institute’s right to recover dues or enforce its rights under the Terms of Service, this Policy, or applicable law.
Any grievance, complaint, or concern relating to payments, fees, billing, or any matter arising under this Policy may be raised by the User in accordance with the grievance redressal mechanism set out in the Institute’s Grievance Redressal Policy, as may be updated from time to time and made available on the Platform.
The Institute shall address and resolve such grievances in accordance with applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, within such timelines as may be prescribed or reasonably applicable.
The contact details of the designated Grievance Officer are provided in the Grievance Redressal Policy, and Users are advised to refer to the same for raising any complaints or concerns.
The Institute reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such modification shall become effective upon publication on the Platform, and continued access to or use of the Services by the User shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
