The Dhoot Transmission IPO allotment was finalised on 13 August 2026 by registrar KFin Technologies Ltd. Applicants can check status on the KFin portal at ipostatus.kfintech.com, on BSE at bseindia.com or on NSE at nseindia.com. Blocked funds for unsuccessful applicants are being unblocked on 14 August, and shares are set to list on BSE and NSE on 17 August.

How to check your allotment on KFinTech

KFin Technologies is the official registrar. On the KFin allotment status page, select “Dhoot Transmission Ltd” from the company dropdown, then pick one of three ways to authenticate: PAN, application number from the IPO form, or DP Client ID from your demat. Enter the CAPTCHA and submit.

Two details matter. Keep PAN in upper case, and use the exact application number issued by the sponsor bank or broker. If KFin returns no result immediately, wait 15 to 30 minutes and try again, since data uploads in batches. Our note on the SBI Funds Management IPO allotment check walks through the same KFin workflow.

Check on BSE and NSE portals or your broker

Both exchanges host an equivalent tool. On BSE, open Investors, click Status of Issue Application, select Dhoot Transmission Ltd under Equity, enter application number and PAN. On NSE, log in to nseindia.com, open IPO Bid Verification, choose symbol DHOOTTRAN, and enter PAN plus application number.

Your broker app is often fastest. Zerodha Console, Upstox, Groww, Angel One and Paytm Money show allotment status in the IPO section within minutes of the KFin upload. Same pattern we described for the MV Electrosystems IPO earlier this month.

Where to check Portal or app What you need
Registrar ipostatus.kfintech.com PAN, or application number, or DP Client ID
BSE bseindia.com, Status of Issue Application Application number and PAN
NSE nseindia.com, IPO Bid Verification Symbol DHOOTTRAN, PAN, application number

Refunds today, listing on 17 August

For unsuccessful applicants, ASBA or UPI mandate holding the bid amount is released on 14 August 2026. Check your bank account or UPI app for the reversal. If nothing shows by end of day, contact your sponsor bank first, registrar next. Allotted applicants see shares credited to demat the same day.

Listing is set for Monday, 18 August 2026 on both BSE and NSE, subject to exchange notification. Grey market activity is not a listing forecast. GMP held in the Rs 254 to Rs 276 range through the week, quoted around Rs 263 per share, per unofficial grey market trackers. GMP is unofficial and unregulated by SEBI.

Why did Dhoot Transmission get 75x subscription?

The Rs 3,066.89 crore issue closed 75.06 times subscribed on 12 August. The issue combined a Rs 1,400 crore fresh raise with a Rs 1,666.89 crore offer for sale by BC Asia Investments XV Limited and Mangalam Capital Private Limited. Promoter holding steps down from 100% to 82.77% after listing.

The business anchor is EV supply chain exposure. Dhoot Transmission holds approximately 41% share in India’s 2W and 3W wiring harness segment, and nearly 70% in the electric 2W and 3W segment in FY2026. About 95% of its automotive product portfolio is EV-focused or powertrain-neutral, which is what put the six lead managers, Axis Capital, Jefferies India, Kotak Mahindra Capital, Nomura, SBI Capital Markets and 360 One WAM, in the room together. Investors who followed the Xtranet Technologies IPO opening and the Turtlemint fintech IPO conversation saw the same pattern of strong subscription in a mixed-tape season.
